Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes! At Leather Zones, we guarantee that you will receive the exact same product shown in the pictures.
All product photos are taken from our original items to ensure accurate color, texture, and design representation.
However, since leather is a natural material, slight variations in texture or shade may occur — this is a sign of genuine leather, not a defect.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is confirmed, Leather Zones will send a digital sales receipt to your email and SMS.
You can also view or download your receipt anytime by logging into your Leather Zones account and visiting the “My Orders” section.
If you need another copy, simply contact our customer care team and we’ll resend it to you.

How can I return an item?

To return an item, please contact our Leather Zones Customer Care team within 3 to 5 business days after receiving your order.
Make sure the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the address for sending the item back via courier.
Once we receive and inspect the product, your exchange or refund will be processed within a few business days.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock”?
Yes! At Leather Zones, we regularly restock our most popular leather products.
If an item is marked as “out of stock,” it’s usually temporary.
You can click the “Notify Me” or “Add to Wishlist” button (if available) to get an alert when the item is restocked.

Currently, Leather Zones delivers orders all across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.
You can place an order from any city or district, and we’ll deliver it right to your doorstep.
